Kungfu Panda 2: movie is shown in the familiar 35mm 2D prints.

NC16 movies are age-restricted movies containing mature themes and situations more suitable for an older audience. No children under 16 is allowed entry. Age verification may be required when purchasing NC16 movie tickets. As is the case with all theatrical releases in Vietnam, each movie release is screened through a censorship process by The Cinema Department -- part of The Ministry of Culture, Sport and Travel of Vietnam -- to ensure that it is suitable for public viewing. Regardless of rating, certain scenes of movies may have been asked to be modified or removed by The Cinema Department to adhere to these standards.

StarCLUB is an online club for true fans of MegaStar. With a StarCLUB account, you will get preferential rights only for members of MegaStar StarCLUB.

You cannot use 01 ID/ passport number to register many StarCLUB accounts. In addition, we may require other photo identification that matches the name listed on the booking in order to pick up tickets. We may also request to see the credit or ATM card used for an online purchase.

Gift Cards are honored, just like cash at the box office or concession counters to purchase tickets, foods and drinks at MegaStar Cineplex nationwide.

Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other Gift Card, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed online.

Any purchase exceeding the value of a Gift Card requires the use of a valid credit card or cash to complete the transaction.

- Customers are entitled to verify data at MegaStar Cineplex within one month from the date of error transaction.
- The card holder takes responsibility on keeping and using the Gift Card. MegaStar Cineplex doesn’t take any responsibilities for any losses or damage.

You can book your tickets online with these steps:

1. Sign in to your StarCLUB account
2. Go to Session Times/ Booking and select your tickets by movies, by date or by cinemas
3. Select your seats
4. On payment option, choose “Pay Now”. Then you will be moved to the online payment page.

Choose from several payment options including: Ngan Luong eWallet, Visa, MasterCard, or bank ATM cards.

Currently our online system does not support order cancellations or modifications for confirmed orders. Per our existing box office ticket sales policy, we do not provide successful order refunds or changes.

Refunds are allowed in the rare case when your account is billed but there is no matching order in our ticketing system. For any related matters, all you need is contact cinemas which you have just done the transaction by click here or you can email us at service@megastarmedia.net.

The standard refund processing times are as follows:
1. Bank ATM card transactions will be refunded within 1 working week
2. Visa/MasterCard transactions will be refunded within 1 working month
3. Vietcombank cardholders will be refunded within 48 working hours.

House Rules apply for certain movies where the movie studio or movie distributor has requested that all electronic recording devices (cameras, mobile phones, computers, etc.) be banned from inside the cinema room. Your electronics goods will be stored securely and returned back to you after the movie ends. This is typically only for the opening weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) of the movie’s release.

When you see these logos or , you will know that House Rules are in effect for this film.

When watching 3D movies, please use 3D glasses carefully. In the case of loss or damage to the glass, you will be ask for compensation. Therefore, when receiving 3D glasses from our staff before entering the theater, plase check glasses carefully.
